The Côte-Rôtie is a wine that guards its secrets. Lovers of old vintages will keep them 10-15 years before they taste. However, Côte-Rôtie can be appreciated as soon as bottled, the wine will present aromas of black fruits, spices and a dense mouth characteristic of the Côte-Rôtie on their youth.
Full shiny yellow robe. The bouquet has a compote or stewed fruits aroma, notes of barley sugar and cooked lemon. There are also hints of the Rousanne elegance. On the palate are white fruits with a touch of tannin. It is harmonious, smoothly textured and very elegant.
A deep red colour. Concentrated nose of stone fruits and spices. The mouth is full with soft but tight tannins. The wine is very generous and long-lasting with a fresh finish. Ageing potential 6-10 years from the vintage year.

The flavours of this wine are as a result of the broken up schist’s in the soil. To describe this condition Morgon deserves its own specific expression and thus the term 'il morgonne' has been adopted. It is a full-bodied and virile wine, dominated by touches of cherry, kirsch and at times apricot. It is also suited for ageing.

The vintages of Château Lamothe-Cissac exhibit a dark ruby colour in the first years. Aerating the wine displays a large spectrum of aromas : notes of red (blackcurrant) and jammy fruits associated with soft spices and subtle vanilla . Well-balanced palate with soft tanins and a very delicate finish. Excellent ageworthiness. Cellaring a few years will develop a complex mix of leather, undergrowth and smoky notes.

The vintages of Château La Tonnelle exhibit a dark sustained colour with aromas of red/black cherry fruit. Rich and supple entry, Fruity non the palate with delicate and lightly toasted oak notes. Long and silky finish. After a few years, the tanins soften and then give way to a charming blend.
Red wine with cherry color. A generous fruity that expresses itself from the attack on a suave and exuberant mouth and seduces you with its aromas of red fruits and its freshness. Long finish on the cherry core for this Cru franc and straight texture by smooth, almost melted tannins.
Extremely fresh with green apple hints, nutmeg and dairy,
closely knit crunchy crisp palate and a long creamy but
quite refreshing finish.
This wine is rich and well constituted to consume young
or be kept in the cellar from 4 to 5 years before drinking.
The Pouilly-Fuisse is balanced and long on the palate,
the average of the ageing is 7 years depending upon
conditions of storage and vintage!
Our recommendation is to consume this wine with white
meat, chicken or veal with cream… or fish, seafood
dishes (not too spicy!)
The POUILLY-FUISSE "Vieilles Vignes" is the most rustic of the Thibert wines.
In fact, it’s a very robust wine, creamy, toasty, and very aromatic with a large
aptitude for further ageing.
You enjoy the best flavours and you taste the aromatic richness if you drink at
temperatures from 12° to 14°. Our recommendation is to consume our
POUILLY-FUISSE "Vieilles Vignes" with fish dishes a little spicy or with dishes
very delicate like: crayfish, lobster, salmon, marinated seafood dishes. The 70
year-old vines have yielded an intense, mineral, aromatic wine that is lovely
now but will age superbly.
Brilliant straw coloured in the glass. Expressive nose of lemon oil, peach blossom
and a note of vanilla bean. Medium bodied palate is well balanced with kiwi,
lime and some limestone minerality which cuts through the palate. Nice
finish with tart yellow fruits and more minerals.
Elegant combination of exotic fruits, citrus and light rose aromas, very typical of this precocious vineyard. There is an agreeable false sense of sweetness, very inviting, but the palate comes a total surprise. The wine has an elegant power, tastes dry with a smooth finish.
The Heimbourg develops rich ripe fruity aromas mixed with classic minerals. It is a very complex nose. The vines are finally exploring the best part of the soil and this also shows on the palate: powerful, intense, well balanced with a ripe acidity and a long dry finish.

A deliciously soft, medium dry wine with apple fruit and a smooth finish,
Francois Bonhomme produces this excellent aperitif wine. A fresh, crisp,
sweet fruitiness abounds in this wine made from the Chenin Blanc grape.
On the nose this Pouilly fume expresses notes of exotic fruits and passion fruit. Then after aeration the wine opens up with notes of white flesh fruits. The attack is supple with a wide mouth and a good balance, with hints of peach and crisp gooseberry. It has a long finish with good complexity and minerality.
A wine with a very generous personality. Small yellow fruits such as mirabelle and greengage on the nose, along with delicate hints of citrus zest and lemon grass. This riesling is succulent but still has fine acidity.
Rietvallei Red Muscadel is full-bodied, rich, yet gentle. A floral, Muscat bouquet comes through on the nose, with typical raisiny sweetness and an intense, rich flavour that lingers on the palate and follows through on the aftertaste while the acidity compliments and balances the sweetness.

intensity. There is a slight touch of dried fruit, almonds, white
flowers, straw yellow fruit, pear and golden apples. When in the
mouth the texture is fresh and soft. It has a persistent finish and

A straw colour with great clarity, this wine is a classic example of refined Soave. Grown on volcanic soil it has subtle aromas of fruit. It has floral and citrus sensations with a dry finish. Green apple and crushed pear in the mouth. Cut almonds and great acid to finish.

intensity. There is a slight touch of dried fruit, almonds, white
flowers, straw yellow fruit, pear and golden apples. When in the

Palate: Its attack on the palate is frank but without aggressiveness. Some aromas of blackberries and raspberries as well as a touch of vanilla woody.

A classic blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet
Franc, it has an intense deep red colour and aromas of ripe
black fruit with hints of jam and spices. It is a well-balanced
wine with good structure, mellow tannins and a lovely ripe-fruit
aftertaste in the finish. It was awarded a Silver Medal at the
Concours de Bordeaux 2011.
Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 30%, Petit Verdot 10%
Appearance: A deep raspberry red with a ruby rim.
Bouquet: Attractive blossom scents, wisteria and black pepper in elegant, classical Médoc style. Burnt and smoke scents emerge when swirled around the glass.
Palate: Nicely balanced and fresh, spicy on the mouth with the cherry and blackcurrant flavors being brought out nicely by hints of pepper, cloves and nutmeg.
