Its bouquet breathes exotic fruit notes with citrus and pineapple, revealing rich honey aromas, grilled almonds and cinnamon. The mouth is ample round and fresh with a long well-balanced finish. The Côte-Rôtie is a wine that guards its secrets. Lovers of old vintages will keep them 10-15 years before they taste. However, Côte-Rôtie can be appreciated as soon as bottled, the wine will present aromas of black fruits, spices and a dense mouth characteristic of the Côte-Rôtie on their youth.

The POUILLY-FUISSE "Vieilles Vignes" is the most rustic of the Thibert wines.
In fact, it’s a very robust wine, creamy, toasty, and very aromatic with a large
aptitude for further ageing.
You enjoy the best flavours and you taste the aromatic richness if you drink at
temperatures from 12° to 14°. Our recommendation is to consume our
POUILLY-FUISSE "Vieilles Vignes" with fish dishes a little spicy or with dishes
very delicate like: crayfish, lobster, salmon, marinated seafood dishes. The 70
year-old vines have yielded an intense, mineral, aromatic wine that is lovely
now but will age superbly.
Brilliant straw coloured in the glass. Expressive nose of lemon oil, peach blossom
and a note of vanilla bean. Medium bodied palate is well balanced with kiwi,
lime and some limestone minerality which cuts through the palate. Nice
finish with tart yellow fruits and more minerals.
Elegant combination of exotic fruits, citrus and light rose aromas, very typical of this precocious vineyard. There is an agreeable false sense of sweetness, very inviting, but the palate comes a total surprise. The wine has an elegant power, tastes dry with a smooth finish.
The Heimbourg develops rich ripe fruity aromas mixed with classic minerals. It is a very complex nose. The vines are finally exploring the best part of the soil and this also shows on the palate: powerful, intense, well balanced with a ripe acidity and a long dry finish.

A deliciously soft, medium dry wine with apple fruit and a smooth finish,
Francois Bonhomme produces this excellent aperitif wine. A fresh, crisp,
sweet fruitiness abounds in this wine made from the Chenin Blanc grape.
On the nose this Pouilly fume expresses notes of exotic fruits and passion fruit. Then after aeration the wine opens up with notes of white flesh fruits. The attack is supple with a wide mouth and a good balance, with hints of peach and crisp gooseberry. It has a long finish with good complexity and minerality.
A wine with a very generous personality. Small yellow fruits such as mirabelle and greengage on the nose, along with delicate hints of citrus zest and lemon grass. This riesling is succulent but still has fine acidity.
Rietvallei Red Muscadel is full-bodied, rich, yet gentle. A floral, Muscat bouquet comes through on the nose, with typical raisiny sweetness and an intense, rich flavour that lingers on the palate and follows through on the aftertaste while the acidity compliments and balances the sweetness.

aftertaste in the finish. It was awarded a Silver Medal at the
Concours de Bordeaux 2011.

Appearance: A deep raspberry red with a ruby rim.
