Since then wine making has passed from father to son, with constant attention and a focus on the quality of the wines. All the wines from the Domaine are made using the Gamay grape variety and vinified, aged and bottled at the Domaine.

Winemaker's Notes

The flavours of this wine are as a result of the broken up schist’s in the soil. To describe this condition Morgon deserves its own specific expression and thus the term 'il morgonne' has been adopted. It is a full-bodied and virile wine, dominated by touches of cherry, kirsch and at times apricot. It is also suited for ageing.
