The colour is a delightful light lime and the bouquet is full of lively gooseberry, fresh herbs and melon aromas with tropical passion fruit and citrus fruit character on the palate. This wine has great acidity and length, finishing refreshingly limey and elegant.
The wine combines attractive fruit intensity with subtly savour complexity, displaying dark cherry, plum, clove and nutmeg aromas with a hint of smoked meat. It is succulent and rounded on the palate, and delivers bright fruit flavours backed by polished tannins. Lovely harmony and length.
