Provence, the land of lavender and sunshine! With their unique knowledge of the special wine growing conditions in the region the vintners of Estandon Vignerons have been cultivating Provençal vineyards for several generations. The wine making facilities are located close to the vineyards with a total of 19 wineries spread throughout Provence. Well known for its expertise in creating vintage wines, the winery located in Brignoles is the largest in Provence.

Vinification

Surrounded by the Cotes de Provence, the Coteaux Varois en Provence area is the smallest appellation in Provence. Its terroir, which is sometimes located on high ground, and its continental climate with an alternation of cold winters and hot summers, allow the grapes to ripen slowly and gently, thereby preserving all their aromas.

Winemaker's Notes

Pale pink, very expressive on the nose. Deliciously tangy on the palate with fresh fruit and citrus peel aromas leading to a very elegant finish.
