Origin: Mendoza, Argentina

Vinification

Manual selection of clusters, Pre-fermantative maceration in cold for three days and then alcoholic fermentation for 20 days at 25°C (3 remounts per day) and at 30°C for the last two days.

Afterwards the wine rests for two and a half weeks with the hat, enabling a malolactic natural fermentation and are then aged in french oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes

It is an elegant blend where black fruits, stone fruits, graphite and minty notes can be found, characteristic of the freshness of the Cabernet Franc. With structure, breadth and a persistent ending in mouth.

Pairs very well with red meats, greasy fish and stews.

Vinification

Hand-sorting of clusters, alcoholic fermentation at 25c with wild yeasts in stainless tanks for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place immediately afterwards for 30 days.

Contains: Sulphites.

Winemaker's Notes

Purplish-red in colour with aromas of red and black fruits. Expressive, elegant and friendly in the mouth, with a persistent finish.

Winemaker's Notes

Deep violet red in colour. Very expressive on the nose with red fruits and spice aromas. 8 months in oak result in soft and silky tannins. Great structure and breadth, with an elegant and persistent finish.
