With a training of geologist, Jean-Louis Mourre took over the estate in 1995. Fermentation for 6 months in concrete tanks.

Winemaker's Notes

A deep garnet colour with violet tinges. Well balanced wine both spicy and fruity (black cherry, black berries), soft tannins.

Vinification

Terroir : Clay, sandstone and limestones. Yield : 35 hl/ha. No ageing in wood in order to maintain the fruit.

Grenache/Garnacha 70%, Syrah/Shiraz 20%, Mourvèdre 10%

ABV 14.5%

Winemaker's Notes

Ruby red colour. Cherry and small red fruit appear immediately in the nose and in mouth. A very good balance between tannins, acidity and alcohol.
