We use our own ABFW liveried vans and drivers to ensure that your wines reach you in the best possible condition. In our experience third-party couriers with mixed-loads often have breakages during sorting and delivery. In the event of a technical fault with any of the wines, we ask that you keep the remainder of the bottle for inspection and we will either refund or replace. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, and want us to collect the balance of the wines for refund, we will schedule it in for the next delivery run in your area, however we will charge our delivery cost for the collection.
