Good quality champagnes from Roland Bauchet.
Bauchet is the largest family-owned vineyard in Champagne. With a hands on approach the Bauchet family have several important aspects to making quality champagne.
The grapes are picked entirely by hand and pressed. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in the Bauchet cellars in Bisseuill, Marne.
A steady stream of fine bubbles. Its delicately pink hue is enhanced by
the clear glass of the bottle. Clear on the nose, with aromas of ripe berried
jams. It is mellow and soft on the palate. The freshness of this wine
comes as a pleasant surprise, while its finish reminds of white fruit.
This elegant Rosé clearly assets its regional specificity.
