Fratelli Martini Secondo Luigi spa – the family company of Gianni Martini operating on the market are the wine makers behind The Canti brand. The name is simple, immediate and deeply Italian. In 2011 Eleonora, Gianni’s daughter joined the Company bringing her fresh and stylish touch to the CANTI brand.
Canti entered the British market in 2002, bringing together the excellence of the Italian wine tradition aiming at offering a selection for every occasion: intriguing whites and rosè for freshness and lightness, full bodied reds and persuasive sparkling choices.

50% of the produced grapes are gently pressed in whole bunches. After undergoing spontaneous decantation, they are fermented (from 16 to 18 °C). The remaining destemmed grapes are pressed and placed in stainless steel tanks to begin fermentation, which lasts 3-4 days. Fermentation continues, without the grape skins, in stainless steel (16-18 °C). Then, the two masses are assembled with the ferments and kept in the tub with total yeast limits until spring when it is bottled.

Cultivated Guyot standard. In the vineyards a standard density of vines, Grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are pressed, then clarified at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.
Ripe peach and nectarine in flavour, in harmony with a light citrus finish, delivering a rounded medium bodied wine.

Obtained from hand-harvesting of selected merlot grapes which are then de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats for 12 days with selected yeasts and at 25°C. This preserves the perfume and spiciness typical of this varietal.
Full bodied with intense ripe black cherry flavours and delicate soft tannins. On the palate is ethereal and pleasantly spicy. Ideal with Pasta dishes, grilled red meats, BBQ Continental sausages and firm cheeses.
