The fruit was sourced from their flagship Fareham Lane Vineyard. The parcels selected were hand harvested and then gently processed.
The individual batches that make up this wine were treated traditionally, allowing the natural fruit concentration and ripe tannin structure to shine. After 10 months of maturation in 100% French oak barriques – 40% new, 35% 1-year-old with the balance 2-year-old. Only selected barrels were chosen for this gorgeously divine and complex blend.
