Appealing deep aromas. A fruity nose of raspberry and redcurrant together with fine oaky hints from its six months ageing in oak barrels. Well rounded and balanced. On the palate, it is beautifully fresh and lively, with a slight acidity, and palatable tannins from the American oak round it out. Hints of liquorice in the finish.
Round and well balanced, this Grand Cru has a very interesting copper colour with hints of tobacco. The smell is rich and delicately spicy with aromas of crystallized fruits and honey in the mouth.
The combinations are many, you can drink chilled as an aperitif or with meat dishes cooked with red berries. It is also ideal with cheeses.
This deeply coloured barrel aged Languedoc blend is perfumed with
dark cherries, black pepper and vanilla spice. Hints of wild herbs and
minerals add to a rich palate of dense dark fruits and subtle oak. It is
medium bodied yet well structured with a good backbone of fine
tannins and restrained acidity providing an excellent, long finish.
Made from Grenache, Carignan and Syrah, this lush,
oak-aged red offers intense forest fruits with notes of black pepper
and spice. Serve with rare roast beef, lamb, a game casserole or duck.
This is a classic Rhône style blend with lots of depth on the palate with spice and black berry on the nose. Mulberries and whiffs of cinnamon, dried herbs and liquorice with very subtle spices in the background. On the palate there’s fruit at first, a structured mid-palate, with lovely elegance, finishing with silky savoury tannins. This wine has a sinewy strength to keep it in perfect shape for +5 years.
