Today, Robin Bauchet, grandson of Roland, and Florence, daughter of Gerard, share the management of the estate. All wines are produced in the family-owned vineyards, run by Robin, while Florence takes care of communications and sales.
Bruno Charlemagne, oenologist and winemaker, preserves the style of their wines while he balances the character of this extended terroir with the tastes of an increasingly international customer base.

Bauchet 1er Cru Cuvée Mémoire
Origin: Bisseuil, Champagne, France
Premier Cru vineyards in the Marne region: Côte des Blancs (Graves) and the Montagne de Reims (Bisseuil).
It is a cuvée that is typical of the Champagne vineyards and their chalky soil.
Vinification
BRUT Champagne with a dosage of 8g/l sugar content. Kept in the Bauchet Cellars for a minimum of 36 months before disgorgement, it is a blend of Chadonnay and Pinot Noir, of which 20% are reserved wines from prior years.

Winemaker's Notes
A highly classical Champagne, which expressed itself gently and elegantly. Its aromatic balance hovers between freshness and a feeling of early maturing, its softened effervescence and balanced sugar/acidity combination make it particularly attractive.

Winemaker's Notes
Flaxen gold in colour. Gentle and steady effervescence. A vinous champagne whose effervescence is mellow with a silky texture. It displays a fine maturity as well as a certain complexity. The finish perfectly preserves the sensations perceived on the palate.

Bauchet Cuvée Origine Brut

From all the vineyards in the (Côte des Bar) and the Marne (Côte des Blancs at Grauves and Montagne de Reims at Bisseuil).
It is a cuvée that is typical of the Champagne vineyards and their chalky soil. There are no less than 7 different crus from different terroirs of the “Champagne” appellation coming together in this Champagne which is unique in the region. The elegance and generosity of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes truly express the Bauchet style.

Winemaker's Notes
This champagne has a clear finish that is slightly mineral and effervescent. The general flavour is fruity with hints of toasted bread. When you let it breathe, this cuvée becomes even more full-bodied and welcoming.

Winemaker's Notes
Its robe is reminiscent of the colour of rose petals. The first nose is fruity and floral. Raspberry and roses combine with biscuit aromas. After airing, fresh ripe cherries and peonies appear with aromas of strawberry liqueur and blackcurrant. This is a cuvee of pure elegance and class.
