Assaz means "in good measure (of) quality and quantity". Elegant, fresh and vibrant. The characteristic Vinho Verde 'sparkle' of these wines brings vibrancy through the balance of acidity and alcohol. Notes of green grass and blossom on the nose, crisp, ripe green apple on the palate. Versatile and easy to drink.

Clean and mineral aromas, velvety on the palate, almost biscuity, with very good acidity, leading to notes of lime and green apple. Fresh and intense, complex and rich. Well suited to white meats as well as sushi. Could also accompany lighter, less sweet desserts.
