The Domaine Saint François Xavier, located in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, perpetuates the culture of the vine in an ideal of quality and authenticity. François Xavier Lambert created the estate at the beginning of the century. His descendants cultivate with passion the 24 hectares of the domain with a commitment of practices of reasoned culture. deally located on clay and limestone soils of old alluvium with red pebbles, the complexity and richness of our terroir confers the body, the warmth and the size of the bouquet proper to the great Gigondas. It is from old grape varieties Grenache, keystone of the Gigondas, Syrah and Mourvèdre that our wines are elaborated. The alchemy between this terroir of exception, the subtle blend of grape varieties and their breeding, allows you to offer powerful wines, warm, a great aromatic delicacy and great care. Our method of vinification is traditional, the breeding of the wines is done in old oak lightning. Our wines are clarified in a natural way. A tannic deposit will leave its imprint over time in the bottom of the bottles. Handle with care and tenderness.
"Respect, Tradition and Quality are the values that we advocate ... and that make the Grandeur of our wines ...".
