Picking is done manually and the vinification takes place in the wine store on site, according to the method of Beaujolais. The wines are then produced in the cellar where they are stored in tanks and barrels. Next spring they are then bottled on the property.

All Beaujolais wines come from the same grape variety: the black Gamay grape with unique white juice.
Wines are then produced in the cellar where they are stored in tanks and barrels. Next spring they are then bottled on the property. Ruby coloured, with a ripe fruity aroma such as raspberry or sherry. It also a pleasant flowery odour. This wine is strong in the mouth.
