Andree and Philippe Gocker, winemakers of Alsace, place careful emphasis on respecting the environment whilst undertaking sustainable wine making. On a site composed of only 8 hectares, which has been used for winemaking since 1568, they produce AOC Alsace, AOC Grand Cru and AOC Vendanges Tardives, and Selection de Grains Nobles.

Gewurztraminer
Origin: Alsace, France
Typical of the wines of Alsace, Gewurztraminer pairs beautifully with spicy dishes and strong cheeses such as Munster and the most intensely flavoured aromatic herbs and spices. In addition, it is the ideal partner for Asian cuisines such as Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai and Indian.
