What you’ll do: Grow and manage a portfolio of on-trade customers: restaurants, pubs, hotels, brasseries, and independents. Build strong partnerships with customers through tailored plans, brilliant service, and smart commercial thinking. Win new business with compelling pitches and well-structured commercial deals. Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver outstanding results. Become a trusted wine expert for your customers — advising on lists, menus, and product choices.

What you’ll bring: 2+ years’ experience in the drinks industry, ideally in an on-trade sales role. A track record of hitting (and beating!) sales targets. Passion for wine — WSET Level 2 – 3 preferred. Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
