This Cremant is light and dry, restrained and subtle. The palate fills with gentle flavours of shortbread and apple peel. Slightly bitter grapefruit zest and hints of citrus freshness dispersed by a lively, fine-fizzing mousse. The finish is elegant and very clean cut.
This Pinot-Auxerrois is a variety of Pinot Blanc, small bays more
intense flavour. It is tender and delicate and combines freshness
and flexibility to represent a happy medium in the range of
Alsace Wines. It has great power, a remarkable fruity wine from
Val Saint Grégorie.
