Today, Bruno Bauchet, son of Roland, and his cousin Florence, daughter of Gérard, share the management of the estate. Bruno runs the family vineyards and the house finances, while Florence takes care of communication and sales of the Bauchet range of Champagnes.
Bruno Charlemagne, oenologist and winemaker, preserves the style of their wines while he balances the character of this extended terroir with the tastes of an increasingly international customer base.

It is a cuvée that is typical of the Champagne vineyards and their chalky soil. There are no less than 7 different crus from different terroirs of the “Champagne” appellation coming together in this Champagne which is unique in the region. The elegance and generosity of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes truly express the Bauchet style.
This champagne has a clear finish that is slightly mineral and evanescent. The general flavour is fruity with hints of toasted bread. When you let it breathe, this cuvée becomes even more full-bodied and welcoming.
Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs (Grauves) and the Montagne de Reims (Bisseuil). As a Blanc De Blancs this Champagne contains no pinot-noir grape.
It is a cuvée that is typical of the Champagne vineyards and their chalky soil. Aged in the Bauchet cellars for a minimum of 5 years before disgorgement.
Deep gold in colour and enlivened by a myriad of extremely fine bubbles which feed to a delicate and nicely white rising thread. This is a vinous, rich and generous champagne with a particularly attractive texture. On the nose aromas of brioche, almond and yellow fruit. When aired this impression is completed by notes of cereals on a musky background.. The attack is fresh with a high quality acidity which is both delicate and mellow. A long and complex finish. Blends chalky minerality that is refreshing with a certain roundness and mildness.

Made from subtle proportions of the best white wines (85%) and the Pinot Noir wine vinified as red (15%), and produced only in excellent years, Bauchet’s Brut Rosé boasts a finesse and elegance found only in the greatest of Champagne wines.
Its effervescence creates a lingering stream of bubbles that enhances the pale gold hue of this vibrant and translucent cuvee. On the nose it displays a clear balance of aromas of grapefruit, blackberry and peach. The character of this wine softens into fruity aromas. Its mellow finish lingers on the palate and invites us to prolong the experience.
