Today, Bruno Bauchet, son of Roland, and his cousin Florence, daughter of Gérard, share the management of the estate. Bruno runs the family vineyards and the house finances, while Florence takes care of communication and sales of the Bauchet range of Champagnes.

Bruno Charlemagne, oenologist and winemaker, preserves the style of their wines while he balances the character of this extended terroir with the tastes of an increasingly international customer base.

Winemaker's Notes

Deep gold in colour and enlivened by a myriad of extremely fine bubbles which feed to a delicate and nicely white rising thread. This is a vinous, rich and generous champagne with a particularly attractive texture. On the nose aromas of brioche, almond and yellow fruit. When aired this impression is completed by notes of cereals on a musky background.. The attack is fresh with a high quality acidity which is both delicate and mellow. A long and complex finish. Blends chalky minerality that is refreshing with a certain roundness and mildness.

Bauchet 'Seduction' Rose Brut NV

It expresses faithfully the knowledge and style of their cellar master, blending harmoniously emotions and sensations. This cuvee epitomizes the Bauchet house, it is archetypical of their knowhow and is a clear proof of their root in the Champagne region.

Grape Variety

Pinot Noir 35%, Chardonnay 65%

Winemaker's Notes

Its effervescence creates a lingering stream of bubbles that enhances the pale gold hue of this vibrant and translucent cuvee. On the nose it displays a clear balance of aromas of grapefruit, blackberry and peach. The character of this wine softens into fruity aromas. Its mellow finish lingers on the palate and invites us to prolong the experience.
