Lake Matheson in New Zealand has evolved over time to combine a selection of nature's best ingredients. It's clear mirror-like waters perfectly reflect the imposing icy peaks of Mount Tasman.

Vinification

Produced from selected vineyard sites in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley where the stoney, free draining alluvial soils restrict leaf growth and encourage healthy grape production. The grapes are harvested early morning. Cool fermented in steel tanks with extended lees contact. No oak, no malolactic fermentation. Allergens: sulphites.
